This website gives parents way to keep track of their children internet usage and ways to protect them. Website also teaches the child strategies to manage their own behavior online. Also gives house rules for parents, “The bottom line is that your kids do NOT have a right to privacy when it comes to internet or computer use, and you as a parent have a right and a responsibility to see to it that they're not getting into anything they shouldn't be getting into.” Website would be very useful for both children and parents.

This website has an article telling news of kids on MySpace falling prey to after-school stalkers or creepy marriage offers that has given many parents the chills about their own child's activities online. Not only does this website give parents information on keeping their child safe, but has a discussion board for parents to communicate with one another to set ways to monitor their childs activites.

Reflection
From each of these websites I learned that the Internet has many risk, and that children should be monitored while online. These risks can be anywhere from online preadtors, to cyberbulling, and many more. As a teacher I will be sure to have some form of parental controls on what my students can search, not just for my saftey as a teacher but for their saftey as students.
